With its distinctive raised rear end, twin tailpipe and upward-opening tailgate, the MINI Cooper S Countryman adds an exciting note to extend the design spectrum of the MINI line-up. The MINI Countryman features the Long Center Rail. Items can be clicked into place and moved backwards and forwards.

Ready to take on all-comers: a powerful 181 hp engine furnish the MINI Cooper S Countryman with a top speed of 215 km/h. And with its Overboost function, the twin-scroll turbocharger produces an impressive 192 ft/lb torque. The optional permanent ALL4 all-wheel ensures fourfold go-kart feeling, with an electrohydraulic centre differential distributes the engine power smoothly between front and rear axles. Wide track, long wheelbase, short overhangs, low centre of gravity and "a wheel in each corner" – in other words, a natural athlete.

**Production begins in August on the 2012 MINI Countryman. It will feature a rear seat that  can fit up to five people – party on!
